Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Uncle Myses. Below you’ll find information about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) will normally be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will usually be processed the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Uncle Myses ships within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided.

Uncle Myses cannot accept liability for orders that are not received due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery, or where delivery instructions result in the parcel being left unattended.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Uncle Myses is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our utmost to resolve the issue.
